Kaskaskia College recognizes the passage and implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and will take all reasonable actions to ensure the College is in compliance with such Act. In support of this goal, the College Administration shall develop and implement personnel and other administrative procedures necessary in order to ensure compliance. Such procedures shall be reviewed by the College Administration on a regular basis and revised in accordance with updated PPACA regulations that are issued in the future.
