As a public institution of higher education, Kaskaskia College is generally open to the public. At the same time, the College is committed to safeguarding its students, employees, and visitors, ensuring the safe operation of College programs and activities, and protecting College assets. In furtherance of this commitment, the Administration shall adopt and maintain campus safety procedures governing the use of College grounds, premises, and facilities, as necessary to provide for the welfare of students, employees, and members of the public and to protect College property and resources.
